Return Timeframe

If you are not satisfied with the product, you may request a return within 30 days of receipt. The item must be unused, with tags and original packaging intact.

 

Return Process

Contact Us: Email our customer service  [support@ribbcrush.com] with your order number and reason for return. Photos/videos are required for quality issues.

Get Instructions: After approval, we will email you the return address and a unique identification code.

Ship Item Back: Use a trackable shipping method and keep the tracking number.

Inspection & Refund: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we verify the returned item.

 

Fees & Refunds

Non-Quality Issues: Refund amount will be the item price. Original shipping fee is non-refundable, and return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer. 

Quality Issues: Upon verification, we will refund the item price and cover reasonable return shipping costs (proof required).

Refund Method: The refund will be issued to your original payment account.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 Clearance items (marked "Final Sale").

Intimate apparel (e.g., unsealed underwear, socks).

Customized products and digital goods.

 

 Additional Notes

No Exchange Service: Due to cross-border logistics complexity, we do not offer direct exchanges. We recommend returning the item and placing a new order.
